are to be sutomatically entitled to membership and voting righta in an association of Owners to be form- ;

All ownera ahall be entitled to equal rights in the use of streeta. park areas, lakes and csnals and any ~
other use of property which shall be set apart by the Grantor and be maintained by the Property Own- i
ers Aasociation when forn?ed or a corporate or non-corporate organization. Grantee will pay ~11 for :
each lot to Grantor, his nominees or assigna, on February 1, of each year. said sum to be used for gen-

16. For the breach oi any of the above restrictions. the Grantor shall be entitled to apply ior reliei

the development ahall, at least six months prior to any such renewal date. agree in writing to a change in ~
