In consideration of their mutual. promises and the payment ~j
of the sum of ~581.65 this date paid, receipt of which is hereby ~i
acknowledged and creditecl upon the principal balance owing on the
~ sums hereinafter referred to, the parties have hereby agreed as
f ollows :

1. That the eecond parties hold a vested right in Lot 1,
SORORA GROVE SUBDNISION, as per plat book 10, pege 59 _ of the
public recorde of Saint Lucie County, Florida, and that the said ,
right arises out of an assignment of contract between MARVIN E. L

public records of Saint Lucie County, Florida, which asei~nment ~

~-acquired by them in Article8 of Agreement dated December 27, 1960 s~
between FRED -A. AI.KIRE and EVANGII.INE C. ALKIRE, his wife and ;
said MARVIN E. TRUE and LULA TRUE, his wife. ;

~ 2. That the covenants and egreementa of the said Articles
~~of Agreement above referred to on June 3nd 1964 were in default ~
and that theee parties have herein agreed that the ~581.65 shall ~
~ bring the account current ~to and including the month of June, 196

~ ~ 3. That on June 3rd , 1964 af ter the paymen of 581.65 , ~
the balance remeining due, owing and unpaid is ~7,~i85,37 against
' which the paymente of $75.00 per month will be paid currently ~
a~ i beginning July 1, 1964 and thereafter until all sums are paid '
~ W together with interest at 796 per annum on the sums from time to ~
~ time owing. ~
~ o~ ~ ~ 4. , Thet all installments hereafter shall be paid on the 5
i a~ ~ ~ firet day of each month and if not paid on or before the tenth '

parties or as the sub ject matter of this agreement except wherein
it ohall be apecifically changed by thi~ agreement. '
