his wife, hereinafter called first parties and fiDMUND M. RAT)KE and

WHEREAS, first paxties did enter i.nto a certain Articles
of Agreement with secvnd parties da;ted April 29, 1965~ recarded
in Official Records Book 117, Page 57' of the Public Records of
St. Luci~ Caunty, F3orida, and covering certain improved property
in S~t. Lucie Caunty, Florida described as:
The East 16 feet of L~ot 23 and
all af Lot 2~ of DUKE SU~DIVISION,
according t~ a plat thereof on file
in Plat Book 9, Page 34 of the
Public Recards af St. Luc;ie County,
Florida.
and ,
WI~REAS, second parties did mak~ execu~s and deliver unto
third party a cextain mortgage encumbering the ab~ve described
property dated May 10, l_9b5 and recorded in Official Record Book
117, Page 387 of the Public Recacrds of St. Lucie Caunty, Florida,
e the proceeds whereof axe to be appl3ed toward paymenfi nf labor
and materials used in canstruction af the dwelling house upon the
ai~ove described property, And
WHEREAS, tihe aforesaid mortg~ge unto Shird paxty, it
is agreed, should be and constitute a first mortgage lien upon the
~ above described property.
N~W THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and in
further cc~nsideration of the sum of $10.00 and other vaZuable con-
sidera~ion ta them 3n hand paid, the receipt whereaf is hereby
