1965 by JOHI~i F. CORDES and CATHERINE M. CORDES, his ife herein-
after called the grantor, to H. ELLIOTT FOOTE and CAROLINE W.
FOOTE, his wife whose postoffice address is 50 Ridge Drive,
Chappaqua, New York 1051A hereinafter called the grantee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "grantor" and "grantee"
include all the parties to this instrument and the Yieirs,
legal repres~ntatives and assigns of individuals, and the
successors and assigns of corporations)
WITNESSETH: ~hat the grantor, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00_and other valuable considerations, receipt
~ whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto ~he grantee,
all that certain land situate in St. Lucie~County, Flarida, viz:
For a point of beginning, begin on the shore of the
Indian River at the Southeast corner of Government
Lot 2 of Section 32, Township 36 South, Range 41 East;
thence run West along the Sauth line of said Lot 2 to
a point that is 35Q ft. West of the Wes~ line of the
right of way of Tndian River Drive (State Road 707)
measured at righ~ angles thereto; thence North 24° 30'
West, para11e1 to the West right of way line of Indian
River Drive (State Road 707) and 350 fs~t distant ~.here-
from (measured on the perpendicular) a distance of 137.08
ft. to a point that is 124.~4 feet North of the Sou~h Zine
