THIS QUIT-CLAIM DEED, executed this~day of May,
1965, by LORETTA P. REILLY~ a single woman, first pax ty, to
JOHN F. PRINDIBLE and MINA K. PRINDTBLE, as tenants by the
entireties, whose ~ost office address is 315 South 5th Street, Fort -
Pierce, Florida, second party:
VVITNESSETH, that the said first party, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00 in hand paid by the said second party, theieceipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, release and quit-
claim unto the said second pariy forever, alI the right, title, interest,
claim and demand w•hich the saic~ first party has in and ta the following
described lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, tying and being in the
County of St. Lucie and S±ate of Florida, to-wit:
An undivided one-half interest in and to that parcel of land
