Florid~t. , and not remove ar incumber the same without the written consent
of said Vendor.
That if Purchaser ~all fail ta promptly make payments as provided to be
made by this Contract or remove ar at.t~mpt to re~riove, or incumber or attempt t~
incumber, said property the entire unpaid b~r~ance of tniU Contract shall ~mmedi-~
ately ma~;ure and bec~me payable- at the opti~n of H~~lsey Griffith, Inc That
if the said Halsey & Griffith, Inc. shall place this C~ntract in the har.ds of
an attorney for collectior~ Purchaser agrees to pay a11 costs and expenses of such
collection, including a reasonable attorney's f~e.
The title to the said above ciescribzd prop~rt;r shall remain in the said
Halsey & Griffith, Inc. until the whole amount of the purchase price shall have
been paici .
P~ar~c~aser agrees that should Furch~ser hereafter purchase any goods fr~m
the said Ha;~sey & Gr•iffith, Inc. before Lhe above described gocds are paid for
in ful:~ , ttiat the said Halsey & Griffit•~, Inc. may apply ar~y subsequent payr~ents
that Purchaser may hereaf'ter mak~ on account of the said subsequ~ntly purchased
goods, until they ~re fully paid for before ailowing further credit on this
account.
In th event that the pr~perty described in this Cnntract is ir~jured or
destroyed by fire, or ather~aise, the loss shall fall. upon the purchaser and
nat upon the said Halsey & Griffi~h, Inc. and the debt un~er thi~ contract
sha~l not be in wise affected or destroyed thereby.
Ha~sey & Griff~.th, ~nc. sha11 have tr.e r~ght, at any time, after default
in any* payment ~f any in~tallmer~t o~ the purchase price of the property des--
cribed herein for a pericd cf five (5) days, b; its servants and agents, to
