AGREEHENT FOR SUBORDINATION

1965, by STRAZZULLA BROTHERS COMPANY, a co-partnership camposed of
PHILLIp STRAZZUI~LA, PRANK STRAZZULLA, DOMONIC STFcAWZULLA,Joseph P.
Strazzulla and John F". Straz~ulla ,.hereinafter referred tn
as "STRAZZULLA", is ~or the purpose of subordinating a mortgage
they hold on Seations 6(Le~s the North 500 feet thereof?, 7, 18,
19 and 30, a11 in Township 34 South, Range 38 East, St. Lucie ~ounty,
Florida, hereinafter referred to as "Nortgaged Pr~perty", to that
certain mortgage to be taken and held by CONNECTICUT GEN~KAL LIF£
INSUR~NCE COMPANY on a portion of said mortgaged proparty.
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, Strazzulla is the Owner and holder of a certain
mortgage on the mortgaged premises given by Florida Maid Citrus Cor-
poration, a Florida corporation, in the princip~l amount of Sever?

of St. Lucie CQUnty, Florida, and
WHEREAS, Cor.necticut General Life Insurance Company is to
be the owner and holder of a certain mortgage on a portion of the
mortgaged premises to be executed by ~~y-Mill, Inc., a Florida cor-
poration, in the amount of Seventy Two Thvusand Do].lars (572p000),
said portion more particularly des~r~bed as follows:
