WH£REAS, Strazzulla has previously subordinated its mort-
gage on other portions of the mortgaged property, and
WHEREAS, Strazzulla deems it to be in their best interests
and to t~e best interes~ of all parties that their martgage on the

~ mortgaged proparty be subordinated to the mortgage of ~onnecticut
Gen~ral Life Insurance Company, and
WHEREAS, Strazzulla has heretofore agreed and eonsented
to suhordinate their mortgage on the mortgage premises to t~e lien
of the aforemen~tioned Connecticut General mortgage, as set forth
above,
NOW, THEREFORE, Strazzulla, in pux+suance of the agreem~nt
and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars (S10.00) and other
~ good and valuable consi.derations, dass,for themselves, their pes~son-
al repr~sentatives, successors, agents and assigns, hereby covenant,
consent and agree to and with Cennecticut G~neral Life In~urance
Company, it~ respective successors and assigns, that the said mort-
gage held by Strazzulla as modified and extended by that certain
mortgage extension agreement dated July 31, 1963, and filed for
record August 1, 1963, in 4. R. Book 67, Page 565, Public Record~
of St. Lucie Count}r, Florida, is and shall continue to be subject
and subordinate in lien to the lien of ~he mortgage of CQnnecticut
Genera3. Life Insurance Company set forth above.
