THIS INDENTURE:, Made this ~9t~ay of January A.D. 1965,
Between E. E. Cook, R. H. Cook, B. E. Cook and W. E. ~ook, sole
co-partners doing business under the nGme and style of B. C. COOK
& SONS, a co~partnership; jcined by their respective w~ves, Jimmie
Lou Cook, Vera G. Cook, Mary Cook and Maxcine Coak, of the County
of Polk and State of Florida, parties of the first part, and B. C.

State of Flarida, having its principal place of busine~s in the
County of Polk and State of Florida, party of the second part, and
whose P. O. ~ddress i~: 413 N. 12th Street, Haines City, Florida,
WITNESSETH, that the said parties of the f.irst part, for
and in consi~eration of the sum of Ten D~.llars and other valuable
consideration in Dollars, tio them in hand paid, th~ receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold, aliened,re-
