Mort~age dat~d this 28th, day of Decembsr, A. D. 1956, and recorded
in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for thfl
County of Martin, State of Florida, in Mor~gage Book 38, Page 397,
and a duplicate original recorded in the office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie, State of

the premises therein particularly descr3bed, to secure the payment
of the sum of ONE MILLION 5IX HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND FI~IE HUNDRED ~

therein mentioned:
