KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, PATRICIA J. CARRY, a single r~oman, by Indenture of
Mortgage dated this 28th, day of December, A. D. 1956, and recorded
in the O.ffice of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the
County of Martin, State of Florida, in ?~Iortgage Book 38, Page 397,
and a duplicate original recorded in the offics of the Clerk of
th~ Circuit Court in and for• the County of St. Lucie, State of
Florida, in Mortgage Book 133, Page 98, granted and conveyed unto
