terminated, and the par~ies of the second part shall forfeit all
payments made by them on this co*~tract; and such payments shall
be •~re~ai.ned by the said parties of ~he firs~t part in full satis--
faction and liquidatipn of all damages by them sustained, and
,the said parties of the first par~ shall have the right to re•-
enter and take posses s ion of the premises af oresaid without be ir~g
liable to any action therefor.
~ IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED, by and between the p arties hereto,
~ that the time of each payment shall be an essential part ~f this
con~ract, and that aLl covenants and agreements herein contained
shall extend to and be obligatory upon the heirs, execut~rs, ad--
ministra~ors and assigns of the respective parties.
~ ~I IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED that the costs of conveying this prop-
li er~y will be split 50-50 by both the parties herein involved.
