tain Warranty Deed from C. W. Wamsley and B. L. Wamsley, to
Willia,-r, F. Johnson, Trustee ror A. U. Brey and Wiliiam F.
J~hnsan pertaining to Lots 12, 23, 24 and 25 of Block 6,
o= SILVER LAKE PARK ADDTTION, as per piat thereof on file
in Plat Book 10, at Page 8 of the public records ~f St.
Lucie ~Ollrity, Florida, which said deed was dated and record~d
on January 2, 1957 in Deed Book 223, at F~age 82 of the public
records of St. Lucie Ceunty, rl~rida; affiant further states
that he well acquainted with C. W. Wamsley and B. L. W~-nsley,
the grantors in said deed and that C. W. Wamsley and B. L.
Wamsley were man and wife on January 2, 1957 and tha~ through
inadvertence the celibacy of C. W. Wamsley and B. L. Wam~ley
was not stated in the afore--mentianed deed; that affiant
has represented the said C. W. Wamsley and B. L. Wamsiey,
~ his ~~ife, for apgroximately the past ten years and is w~ll
acquainted with the fact that they have been man and wife
continually throughout that period of time and more speci-
fi.cally c~n the 2nd da 'c~f January, 1957 ~
