For value received, 1, we, or either of us, prnmise to pay without defalcation, to the nrder of HARRIS
CONSTRUCTION CORPOR.~ITION, at their office in Fort Pierce, Florida, the sum of ~~4~~~ with
interest from date at the rate of~~9o per annum, i~ monfhfy instal~lments as follows:

day of each tike suceeeding month thereafter for a period nf months, at which time the entire unpeid b~lant~
becames due and payabls on demand.

EaCh insta!lment first shell be app~ied in the payment of the interest and then on the unpa;d balance of

Each maker, surety and endorser hereo~, jointly and severaily, waives demand, presentment, pratest and
no4ice of protest for non-payment, and further agrees to any exiension af time of payment, either bef~re or after
maturity, without notice to any of us; and to pay al~ costs pf colledion, including a reasonable attorney's fee in the
event of any defauft hereunder, and hereby severally ;+vaives all benefit of homestead and exemption under the
Constitution and laws of each State of the United States, as againsi this obligat~on or any extension or renewal
hereof.
