THXS INllENrURE, made this day of April, 19b5, between
MISSION GR~VES, INC., a corporatio~ organized and existing undez
the laws of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the grantor, and
ST. LUCIE GROYE5 INYESTMENTS, LTD., a corporation, and herein-
~ftcr referred to as the grantee.
WHEREAS, the grantor is th~ own~r in fee simple af that land
~ in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:

and;
1~'HEREAS, the grantee is desirous of obtaining an easement or
right~of-way for road purposes and f or ingress and egress s~ver

purposes ove r and upon the South 30 feet the reaf, with, the right
ta canstruct, m~in~ain and repair said roads and/ax canals ~s
there shall be occasion; and
WHEREAS, the grantor has agxeed, in consicieration of One
Dollar and other good and valuable considPrati~an paid by the
grant~ees, the receipt of which by the grantor is hereby acknt~wledg-
ed, to grant to the grantees the desired easements af or~said. ~
