say as follows:
(1) That she has personal knowledge of the facts stated herein.
(2) Th~t at the tiine of the canveyance of the abave-described
property ta herself and Harold A. Stein in May of 1955, she and the
said Harold A. Stein, were husband and wife and said property was con-
veyed to them as tenants by the entireties, and likewise, they remained • r
husband and wife at the time a certain note and mortgage were given by
Ernest R. Trueman, et al, to them as tenants by the entireties, said note
and mortgage being dated August 10, 1958, and having been filed of record
on August 15, I958, in Nlortgage Book 148, pa~e ~53, publi.c records of
St. Lucie County, Florida. Affiant further states that srie and Harold A.
Stein remained husband and wife until his death on December 16, 1958,
and affiant remains the surviving unmarried widow of the decedent, Harold
A. Stein.
