oaths and take acknowledgments, personally appeared RAYE J. TIDVVELL,
who, upon being first duly sworn, did depose and say:

certain Agreeznent with ~t', H. Reed and Edith Jackson l~eed, which said
Agreern~nt is dated Der_errfi er 17, 1954, and r~corded in Deed Baok 197 at
Page 197 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, her name was
Raye J. Ulrich and she ~vas a single adult.
2. That subsequent to December 17, 1954, she did marry
Thomas B, Tidweii, and on March 31, 19~5, she wras still married to Thomas B.
