THIS DEED made and entered into on May 22, 1965, between
ALICE M. ~'R.EED, the duly constituted and appointed Exec?itrix of
the Estate of POLLIE A. PEEL, deceased, late af ~aid County and
S~a~e, as party af the first part, and ALICE M. FREED, Star Route,
Jensen Beach, Florida, indzvidually, as party of ~he second part;
WITNESSETH; That on the lOth day of May, 1965, upon
~ petition ~r the party of ~he first parL, ti~e Hor7orai~ic J. s~l. Samy~ ,
County Judge in and for said County, granted to ~.he party of the
first p~rt an Order Approving Final Return and Directing Distri-
butian; that, after. ~ne granting af said O~der, a11 legatees and
devisees of the Estate af POLLIE Ao PEEL, deceased, have agreed to
a distribution o£ the assets of said Estate; and that, in accord-
ance with the provisions ~f the Last Will And Testament of POLLIE
A. PEEL, c~eceased, the .real property hereinafter described is to h
received by and distributed to ALTCE Mo FREED, indiviciually, as a
devisee of the Estate of POLLIE A. PEEL, deceased.
NOW, mL?EREk'c~R.~, in consideration ~f the foregoing and
in further cons~~i~r~+~ion c,f the sum of Ten Dallars ($10.00) and
other valuable considerations at anci beforE ~he sealing and deli-
~ very of this Deed, receip~ of which is hexeby acknowledged, the
