STATE OF FIIJRIDA, by and throu~h its camponent agency, the State Road Depart-
ment of Florida, to locate, construct, maintain and~or improve a, portian of
State Road , Section 945~-~6~+ in ~t. Lucie
County, Florida, in accordance with survey and plans on fil~ in the office of
the State Road Depaxtment of Florida; and,
WHER~AS, a portion of the lands i:^~!olve~ and necessary to said section
of road is subject to R1W Agreement _ held by the undersigned; and,
t~~~R~AS, on behalf of the Stat~ of Florida a request has been made for
the undersigned to subordinate said enciunbrance to the ~roperty rights o~ the
State of ~'lorida in and to the pcrtion of the pr~mises hereinafter described,

ises and One Do11ar and oth~r goo3 and valuable considerations paid, recei~t
of which is hereby acknowled.ged, the undersigned subordinates said encu.~ebrance
to the progerty ri~hi:s of the State of Florida, te locate, consLruct, maintain
