agreed that this instrument subvrdinates said encumbrance insofar as.same af-
facts the rights and privileges of the State nf Florida in its use of thelar~3
specifical~y above described, for h3ghway purposes only, and that nothing
herein contained shall in ar~y way affect, alter, impoir, minimize or climinisn
the effects of said enctmmbrance or the remedies at law or in equity for re-
co~rering thereout, or against the parties charged thereby, the fu11 amount af
all sums secured by andfor due under the ssme. It is f~arther understood and
agreed that in the event safd abcve described premisss are abandoned by the
State and cease to be used far hi~Yn+sy construction and msintenance purposes
that in such event the subordination of said enct~brance shall terminate in

brance sha11 become uf the same status with reference to su~h abszsdoned
portion as if this subordi.nation had never been made.
