KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That KLINKNER SIGNS, INC. , a corporation organized under the
laws of the State of Florida, for the consideration hereinafter mention~d,
has assigned, transferred and set over with right of x•eassignment, and by
thes~ presents does assign, transfer and set over unu~ the United States
Government SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATI~N, all those present and
future leases of property on which signs and/or billboards owned by _
KLINICNER SIGNS, INC, , are situated or located, a partial Iist of said
leases being attached hereto and made a part hereof; and alI future and
pres~nt eontracts wiCh advertisers for displays on the above property
presently undex lease to KLIl~KNER SIGNS, ING. , or to bec:ome l~ased in
the future to KLINKNER S~GNS, INC. , for display purposes, a partial 1'rst
of such conrracts being atrzched hereto and made a part hereof.
This assignm~nt is made as securit_y [o indemnify the SMALL
~ BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION for the loan or advance hereinafter made to
the said KLINKNER SIGNS, INC. , anci the said lessors, or other individuals,
organizations or businesses set forth in this assignment are authorized and
directed to pay aver to the ~MALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATI~N any and all
sums which may hereafter become due and ov~ing from those said individuals,
businesses, or lessors to KLINKNER SIGNS, INC. , upon notification from
the SM.~LL BUSINESS AD:~IINISTRATtON that the l~an for which this assignment
is made is in default~
