GEGRGE STANICH, as the owner in fee simple absolute.
2. ~nat the Plaintiff's title to the abnve-described real
property is hereby forever quieted against any and all claims,
demands, or pretensians of said Defendants, David Trobridge and
Janice Trobridge, his wife, and Nathanial Green and Hattie Mae
Gr~en, his wife, to any right, title, possession, lien, interest
or equity in the above-described real property, and they and each
af them is hereby perpetually enjoined and restrained from setting
up or making any claim to or u~on the real property above described,
or any part thereof. •
