restriction hereunder or to include in any contract or deed hereafter made ~in~• addition~l re~trictive

13. Any and ~ll rights a~id reservations of the Grantor herein included may be transferred or as-

each lot ~to Grantor, his nominee~ or as~;i~ns, on Febraar~~ 1, af each year, said ~urn to be used for ~en-
eral maintenance.

16. All of the torenants and restrictians ~i~al! remain in force until January 1, 1~68, and ~hall be
automaticallti• rene~i~ed for each 5 S-ear period thereafter unless a~vner:: of at least t«•o-thirds of the lot~s in
the de~•elopment shall, at least Gix months prior to an~~ such rene~rai date, a~ree in ~i~riting t~~ a change in
or an abrogation of anv of the above co~~enants, and records such writing so amending the aforesaid
co~•enants.
