NOTICE QF LIEN
HOLLY BOWEN, by and through his agent and attorney, Frank
D. Newman, hereby gives notice that he has, claims and intends

to hold a lien against Che following lands lying in St. Lucie
Caunty, Florida, ta-wit:
Sz of Section 7 and all of Section 18 in Township 34
~ South, Range 38 East.
owned by Florida Maid Citrus Carpora~ion.
The nature of labor and servic~s performed was the clear-
ing of said lands and the piling and burnin~ of the trees,
stucnps, palmettos, etc. so cleared.
Said work was performed pursuant to a contract with
Gorham Constructicn Company, a Florida corporation; Gorham
Construction Company was under contract with Bi~; Chief Con-
struction Company, Inc. and Big Chief Construction Company,
Inc. was under contract with ownex.
The lien~x performed labor and services in the amuunt
af $36,400.00 of which $22,194.30 has been pai~i; that lienor
has, claims and intends to hold a lien against the above des-
cribed property in the amount of $14,ZQ5.70.
