The Graator , however, reserve the right and privilege to use the above-described right-of-way tor agricuitural

ment ihereaf, or as mi~t cause a haza:dws condition; and provided further by way of iiluslration and not af limitation to
the grant herein made, no portion of the righx-~f-way shall be excavated or altered with~ut written persniRSion of the Grantee
or assignee and n~ building, structure or abstruction shall be loca¢ed or constructed on said right-of-way bq the Grantor~,
su~ces5ors, heirs or assigns.
