QUIT-CLAIM DEED ~
THI S INDENTURE made th is ~~r day o f ~~~-ti~' ,
1965, between PETER BLUESTEN and KATIE BLUESTEN, his wife, of the
Co~anty of Broward, State of Florida, parties of the first part,
and MARGEL MAURON, whase address is c/o Ben Salter, 2429 Hollywood
Boulevard, Hollywaod, Broward County, Florida, party of the
second part.
WITNESSETK: That the said parties of the fi.rst part, for

Dollars, in hand paid by the said party of tl~e s~cond part,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have remised, released
and quit-claimed, and by thes~ presents do remise, release and
