of St. I~is _County, Floridc~, recognizing the value of my (our) property cmd those
neigtiboring properties is dependent upon proper maintencmce and upkeep, hereby authorize and
give my (our) cansent to General Developmenf Carporation, a Delawcae corparation, ar such persons
:~s it shail designate at such time or times as the above premises shall be vaccmt, to enter upan such
premises to perform cmy and all work which i4 may deem raecessary to keep such premises in reason-
able appearance ~d repair. I, (we) agree suc:h work shall include, but not be limited to minor repa~.rs
or pczinting to the exterior of the house caid lawn and yc~ad mc~intencmce.
I, (we) agree to pr~y recssonable c}~c~ges for cxll such work performed (such cha~ges in tio ca~e
not to be less thc~: the actual cost thereof to General Develcpment Cerporation) wittun 10 daya after
submission of a stcYtement in writing of such chc~ges, provided, t}:at such worle shail not be com-
m,enced until IO days after I(we1 ~(~e) given notice by General Developmen4 Corpomtion that
such work is requir~. Such notice shall be c3eemed given cmd such stcrtement shall be deemed sub-
mitted as ot the dcry it is depasited in the Uni#ed Stcttes mcul. Such ch~ges shall constitute ct lien
aaainst the prnperty.
This agreemen. shall be binding upon my (our) heirs, suc;.essars er assigns cmd shc~ll be con-
strued as a covemm~t r~ining with the land.
