ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT
THIS AGF2EEMEVT made and entered inta this ~~day of
June, 1965, by and between EDMUND M. RADKE and DORIS M. E2ADKE, his
wife, hereinafter called the parties of the first part, and
CHARLES R. REGISTER and LiJLA E. RBGISTER, his wite, whose mailing
address is: 508 Emil Avenue, Fort Pierce, Floridas herein~fter
called the parties of the secand part,

That if the said parties of the second part shall
first make the payments and perform the covenants hereinafter
mentioned oii their part to be made and performed, the ~aid parties
of the iirst part hereby covenan.t and agree to convey and as~ure
ta the said parties of the second part, and their heirs, exccutors
administra~ors, or assigns, in fee szmple, by a good and suf:Eicient
