peared CHARLES TORBAY, who, being first duly sworn according to
law, deposes and says:

Nc~. 3" by Flarida Homesites, Inc., dated July 1949;
the Warranty Deed fv~ the said conveyance having been dated Apri1 S,
1956, and fil~d for recvrd August 20, 1956, and recorded in Deed
Book 2~7, at Page 456, af the Public Records of St, Lucie County,
Florida.
