7Ht MORTGAGOR COVENANTS AND AGRE~S THAT: I
~ (1) The MORTGAGOR herein shali make the payment , called for in the 18~' mortgage
now encumbering this property, to the MORTGAGEE herein, which paym~nt the MORTGAGEE here- I

I (6} Failure on the part of tna M7RTGAGOR to comply with, perform, or abid~ by any of the agreements,
stipulations, condit~ons and covenants as set forth above in secfi;ons 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, empowers the
MORTGAGE~ herein, at his option, to de~lare the entire balance due hereunder to be c3ue and payable I
