6. To first obtain the written consent of Mortgagee, such oonsent to be granted or wilhheld at the aole ciiacretion of such

ment, design or struotura! oharac~ter thereof, (c) mslu any repsirs which involve the remov~?1 ot structut~l parts or the ezposure

cutting and removal o[ any ttees or timber on the premises.
7. To maintain premises in gvod conditioe euzd repair, including but not limited to the making of such repairs as Mortgagee
may from time to time determine to be neces~ary for the preservation of the pr2miae3 and to not commit nor permit any waste
thereof.

9. If biortgagor fails to psy any claim, lien or encumbranee which is superior to this mortgage, or, R•hen due, any tax or
a,sessment or insurancse premium, or to keep the premises in repair, or shall commit ur permit waste, or if there be commFnced
any aetion or proceeding aPfecting the premises or the title theteto, including, bu± not limiteci to, eminent. domain and bankruptcy
or rc~rganiastion proceedings, then rTortgagee, AL its option, may pay said claim, lien, encumbn?nce, tax, ~ssessment or premium,

faction thereof. Mortgagee shall not be held accountable for an~ delay in making any auch payment, which delay may result in
any aclditional interest, Costa, chargee~ or expenae otherwise.
