~ KNOVI~' A.LL MEN BY T HESE PRESENTS that C?FNERAL DE..
~ VF`LOPI~iENT CORPORATION, a Delaware corparation duly authorized
to trat~sact business in the State of Florida, with its principal place of
business at 2$2t3 Goral Way, Dade County, Miarni, Florida, in con_
sideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1. 00) and . other valuable con»
siderations, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant
to the FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT COMPANY, a corporation organized
and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, whose address is:
P. C7. $ox 3100 (25 5. E. 2nd Avenue), Miami, Flarida, and to its suc-
cessors and assigns (the term "assigns" meaning any ~erson, firm or
_ corporation owning by way of assignment all rights under this Agreement
or a portion of such rights with the Grantee or its other assigns re•-
taining and exercising the other rights), an easement forever for a right-
of-way silrty (60) feet in w-idth to be used far the construction, operation
and mai~ntenance of one or more overhead electric transmission and dis-
tribution lines (including wires, poles, "H" frame str~actures, towers,
cables, conduits, anchors, guys, telephone and telegraph lines and ap-
~ ~ purtenant equipment) and one or more underground pipe lines (including
~ appurtenant equipm~nt) for the transmissian of electricity, gas or pe-
troleum products in, over, under, upon and across the following describ-
~ ed lands of the Grantor, situated in the County of St. Lucie and State of
Florida and more particularly described as follows:
A strip of land 60 feet in width lying in the Southwest
1/-~ of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 26, Township 36
South, Range 39 East, and in the Southwest 1/4 of Sec-
, tion 26, Township 36 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie
Gounty, Florida, ly-ing West of the existing 110-foot
Florida Powzr & Light Cornpany Right-nf- Way Easement
(D. B. 246, Page 506 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida) and having ~he East Right..of-Way line
of said b0 -foot strip of land coincident with the West
Right•of-~Way line of said 110-foot Florida Power & Light
Company Right-•of-Way Easement,
tc?gether witn the right and privilege to reconstruct, inspect, alter, im..
- prove, remove or relocate such fa~ilities or ~.ny of them on or under the
right-of~way above described, with all rights and privileges necessary or
convenient for the full enjoyment or the use thereof for the above-men..
tianed purposes, including the right to cut and keep clear all trees and
undergrawth and other obstructions within said right-of~way and all trees
of such height on lands of Grantor adjoining said right-of..way that may
interfere with the proper construction, operation and rnaintenance of such
facilities or any ~f them, and also including the right of ingress and
egress over adjoinin.g lands of Grantor for the purpose of exerci.sing this
easement or alI or any of the rights granted r.ereunder.
SUSJECT, HOWEVER., TQ THE FOLLOWING:
a) C~nditians, restrictions, easernents and limitations
appearing of record, if any, none of which materially
interfere w-ith the use of the lands by the graxitee for
electrical transmission and ~istribution purposes.
b) Ad valorem real pYoperty taxes for the year i965
and ail subsequent years.
