prohibit the grantor from selling, as~igning or ~therwise
disposing of the above described property, provicied that
such sale, assignment or disposition is rnade subject to
the provisions eet out in paragraphs 1 to 4 herein.
The grantor, however, reserves the right and privilege to use the a-
bove described right-of-way for agricultural and all other purposes ex-
cept as herein granted or as might interfere with the gran~ee's or as-
signee's use, occupation or enjoyment thereof, or as might cause a
hazardous condition; and provided further by wa.y of illustration and
not of limitation to the ~rant herein rnade, no portion of the xight-of~
way sha~l be exca~crated or alter~ed without written permission of the
grantee or assignee and no building, structure or obstruction shall be
lacated or constructed on said right-of-way by the grantor, its suc-
cessors or assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the grant~r has executed this agreement this
