a) Conditions, restrictions, easements and limitations
appearing of ~ecord, if any, none of which materially
inter£ere with the use of the lands by the grantee for
electrical tran~mission and distribution purposes.
b) ~.d valorem real property taxes for the year 1965
and all subsequent years,
c) Zonin~ and regulatory ordinances imposed by govern-
rnexYtal agencies having jurisdictior~ over the premises.
The party of the first part, by the execution and delivery of this instru-
rnent of conveyance and by its acceptance nf the consideration paid by the
party of the second part, hereby agrees with the party of the 5econd part
as follows:
I) That the utilities to be installed and maintained by the
Grantor on any of the above reserved easements shall in all
cases b~ underground utilities and, further, that no struct~ire
or other device shall be insLalled abaveground by the Grantor
on any of the re5erved easements except with the prior written
approval of the Grantee.

any installaticsn or maintenance on the easements hereinabove re-
served agrees to use extraordinary precautior~ so as to prevent
damage and injury to persons and property ~vithin the vicinity of
such lines and facilities, and the Grantor further agrees to notify
its emgloyses, agents, contractors and invitees not only as to
the existence of any such high voltage lineg and facilities but if
previou~ly noCified by the Grantee in writing of the existence of any
other uti.lity or facility cor~structed on, acroas and under th~ lands
hereby conveyed, ~;f the existence of such utility or facility.
III) That all work done by the Grantor in connection with the
use of the easements herein reserved shall be done in such a
manner as not to interfere with the use and operation by the
Grantee of its facilities now or hereafter 1QCated on, above and
undsr the lands hereby conveyed to Grantee; that the Grantar
~.grees to ref.rain from the use within the lands hereby conveyed
to the Grantee of any movable equipmer,t which is capable of ex~
tending mare than 16 feet above ground level; that the Grant4r
will notify the Grantee in writing at least ten (10) days prior to
performing any work in connection with the installation and
maintenance of its underground utilities, drainage canals and
ingress and egress facilities. Hawever, in the event of an
emergency such 10-day period shall not apply and such work
may be carried on at any time after written notice of the emergency
is delivered to Grantee~s West Palm Aeach Manager, at West Palm
Beach, Florida; that such notice shall state the time of comrnence-
ment and the naturt~ of the work to be performed; and that ali
work in connection with the installation and maintenance of ±he
