pense and liability of the Grantor.
:V) That nothing in this instrument of conveyance shall pro-
~ibit the Granior from selling, assigning or atherwise dis-
posing of the easements hereinabove reserved, provided that
such sa1e, assignment or disposition is made subject ta the
provisioas set out in paragraphs I to TV herein.
And the said party of the first part does hereby fully warrant the title to
said land, and will defend the same against the lawful claixns of all persons
~ whomsoever.
