AGREEMENT FOR DEEA
ARTICLES OF AGREEMF.NT, Made this 11tY~ day of June, in the
year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and sixty-five, between
CLARENCE W. GRIFFIN and MAYBELLE B. GRIFFIN, his wife~ ~arties of
the first part, and B. H. J, DAVIS, party of the second part,
WITNF~SSETH, that if the said party of the second part. shall
first make the gayments and perform the ~ovenants h~reinafter men-
tioned on his part to be made and performed, the said parties ~f the
first part hereby covenant and agree to convey and assure ta the said
party of the secand part, in fee simple, clear of a11 incumbrances
whatever, by a good and sufficient deed, the lots. pieces, or parcels
of ground situated in the County af St. Lucie, State of Flo~ida,
known and aescribed as fallows, to-wit:

East, St. L-ucie County, excepting therefrom
all easements for pubZic roads and drainage
