HomeMy WebLinkAbout1445 One Thousand Dollars ($1,0~0.00) upon signing t~is contract; ~our Thousand Dollars ($4,000,00) on Juiy 11, 1966; and the balance of the purchase price, Thirty-Seven Thousand Dollars ($37,000.00), payable during a period of nine (9) years fram July 11, 1966, in equal installments, payable on July llth of each succeeding yeart ~n the amount of $4,111.11. with interest at the rate of 5 per centum, per annum payable annually on the whole sum remaining from t~me to time unpaid; and to pay all taxes, asse5sments or impositions that may be legally levied or imposed upon said land subsequent to tre year 1964, and to keep t~e buildings upon said premises insure~ in some company s~tis- factory to ~he par~ies of th~ first part in a sum not less than ir.- surable cash ~yalue, during the term of this Agreement.
