I'1' SS UNDERSTOOD th~t the Mortg~qee herein shall share
pro rata in the security represented and described in this
mortgage in ratio to the moneys owed them as represented by the
cupies of the foregoing two pramissory notes.
NOW THIS INDENTURE WITN$SSETH, that the Mo.rtgagor for the
better securing of the payment of the sum of money mentianed
in the above described note, and ai.so for and in consideration
