or deterioration of said goods, chattels, or p~r-

5. To perfarm, comply with and abide by each and
every the stipulations, agreements, condi~ion~
and covenants in said note and in this mortgage
set forth,

7. That in the event that at the beg~nning of or at
any time pending a~y suit upon this mortgage, or

shali apply ta the Caurt h~ving jurisdiction
thereof for the appoin~ment of a Receiver, such
j Court shall forthwith and without notice to the
Mortgagnr or other defendants apr~oint a Receiver
of said mortgaged property all and singular, and
such Receiver shall have a11 th~ broad and eff~c-
~ tive tuncti~ns and powers in any wise e ntrusted by
; a Court ta Receiver, and such appointment shall be
made by such Court as an admitted equity and a
matter of absoiutp right of said Mortgagee, and
without reference to the adequacy or inadequacy
of the value of the property mortgaged ar t~ the
solvency or ir:solvency of said Mortgagor ~r the
defendan~s. The Receiver shall alsc have the right
