in the inv~rse order of said instal2ment maturity,
13, To keep said goods, chattels and personal property,

option to declare, without notice, the entire sums

14, It is unc~erstood between the par~.ies hereto
that they have erirered into a Long Term Loan
Aqreement simuitaneously with the execution
of this Chattel Mortgage and the Note it secures,
and the Mortgagor agrees that upon default of
~ny of the terms of said Long Term Loan Agreement,
the Mortgagee shall have the option to declare,
without notice, the entire sums he~eby ac~.rued
payable forthwith.
