TELEPHO~TE & TELEGRAPH COMPANY, a Florida corporation, there-
in and thsreby appoin~ed AMERICAN NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST
~OMPANY OF CHICAGO, as Trustee, and FONTAINE LeMAISTRE, as
Co-Trustiee, each of whom accepted such appointment, which
said Mortgage or Deed of Trust was recorded in the public ~
records of various Counties in the Scate of Florida, as
required by the terms of said Indenture; and
WcIEREAS, s~id Indenture from time to time has been
duly amende: and supplemented by the execution af rwelve
(12) SuppZemental Indentures, each of which has heretofore
been duly _ecorded in the public records of various Counties .

WNEREAS, FONTAINE L~MAISTRE, the originally appcinted
Co-Trustee, resigned and G. S. G~SHORN was duly appointed
Successor Co-Trus~ee, who ~ubsequently resigned, and J, H.
FEARS was duly appointed as 5uccessor Co-Trustee and, upon
his resignatidn, BROW~1 AUSTII3 was duly appointed as Succes-
sox Co-Truste~ and he has been serving as such Co-Trus~ee
si.nce his appaintmen~ on June 18, 1948; and
