Before me, the undersigned Natary Public in and for
t.ie Sta~e of Florida at Large, this day personally cazne and
~ppeared J, K. J4NNSON and G. T. BRAL~~3URY, President and
Secreta~y, resnectively, of said INTER-COUNTI' TELEPHONE &
TELEGPAPH COMPANY, to me personaily known to be such officers
and to be th~ identical persons whose names are affixed to
the foregoing instrument as such President and aecretary;
