MODIFICATION AGREEMENT

atter called the mortgagox, and FI.ORIDA. NATIONAL BANK AT ORLANDO
a corporation eacisting under the laws of the United States of
America,. hereinafter calted the Martgagee,

a certain Chattel Mortgage dated March 18, 1965, and recor~ec~ in

Chattel Mortgage the parties thereto have been able obtain

purpose of describing more s,pecifi~ally and definitely the properfiy
encumbered by said Chattel Mortgage ana also for the purpose of
p~acing under the lien of said Chattel Mortgage said dzainage
system and equipment,

Zn consideration of the premises and of the sum af One Dollar
($1.00) to each of the p~arties hereto paid by the other party
and in consideration the several and mutual agreer.?ents herein
cantained and for other good and valuable considerat~.on, the
parties hereto do hereby cvvenant and agree as fol~ows:

which is set forth on the first page of said mortgage, whieh
