hereinafter called the mortgagQr, and THE FIRST P~TIONA,I. BANK AT
O~LANDO, a corporation ~xisting under the laws of the United States
of America, hereinafter called the Mor~gagee,
WITI~SSETH: That,
~ WHEREA.S, the mortgagor executed and delivered to the mortgaqee
~ a certain Chattel Mortgage dated March 18, 1955, and recorded in
o p~ticial Records Book 11.3, ~age 428, Public Reco~°ds of St. Lucie

g WHEREAS, subsequent to the execution and delivery of said
a~ Z Chattel Mortgage the parties thereto have been able to obtain
a S a more specifie and definite description of many of the items of
~ 4 equipmer~t which are ~ncumbered by said Chattel Mortgage, and

~ jv"F~REAS the parties hereto also wish ta place under the lien
of said Chattel Mortgage the drainage system equipment locate~ on
t he hereinafter de~cribed land, and
'WI3EREAS this modificatian agreement is executed ~ar the
~ purpose of describing more specifically and de£initely the property
encumbered by said Chattel Mortgage ~nd also ~or the purpose of
placing under the lien of said Chattel M~artgage said drainage
sy~tern and equiprnent,

NOW, THEREFORE,
In considerat~.on of the premises and of the sum of One Dollar
($1.00) to each of the parties hereto paid by the other party
and in consideration of ~he several and mutual agreements her~in
contained and for other good and valuable consid,~ration, the
parties hereto do hereby covenant and agree as follows:
l. The paroperty which is encumbered by said mortgage anc~
which is ~et forth on the first page af said mortgage, which
geads as follows:
"Overhead irrigation system including but not lamited to
asbestos cement pipes, plastic pipes, steel pi~s~(pump
connec~a.ons) , steel pipes (sprin}:ler ri.sers) , ~prin~:iers,
regulators, anchors, plastic fittings, valves, pumping
units, sumps and miscellanecus fittings and guages, the
location of tl~e above d~scribed ove~rhead irrigat3.on system
being on that certain real property located in St. Lucie
Caunty, Sta~e of Florida, to wit:
Bloclcs ~(LESS the E~s~. 2210 feet of sa~.d Black 2)
3, 4, 5, 9, 10, and 11 and the SoutYa 120.66 feet
of Block 12, FIARIDA r'fAID CITRUS GROV~;, aceording
to the plat thereof as recorded in Flat Book 13,
Page 1, Public Records of 9t. Luci~ County, Florida."
