modified is a first lien on the property described in said mortgage, as
herein modified, tha~ it is tne owner of said property, and that there
are no other liens and encumbrances on said mortgagec~property; provided
however, the mortgagor doe~ not warrant the title and ownership of any
of the above property wh ich relates to and is a part of the drainage
system but does mortgage whatever right. title and interest~it has
in and to said drainage system and equipment pertaining thereto.
3. Nothing herein shall be construed ta modify said chattel
mortrage except as her~in specifically provided.
4. Nothin~ herein shall be construed to release the mortgagor
from any obligation or liability under said chattel mortgage as
herein modified.
5. This agreement shall be binding upon the mortgagor and its
sexccessors and ass~gns and shall inure to the benefit of said mortga~ee
and its suceessors and assigns.
