THE MORTGAGOR COVENANTS AND AGREE~ THAT:
(1) The MORTGAGOR herein shaPl make the payment cal!ed for in the ~~ortgage B
now encumbering this property, ta the MORTGAGEE herein, which payment 4 the MORTGAGEE here-

(2) If the MORTGAGOR herein does not make the scheduled payments as they come due under 4he afore-

ceeds af said refinancing to be appiied against the unpaid balance due hereunder.
(5) The MORTGAGOR herein wil) at the request of the MOR7GAGEE herein acknowledge this mortgage
and the amount still due at tr~e time of thp request on a form provided for thEs purpose by the MORT-
GAGEE.
(6) Failure on the part of the MQRTGAGOR to comply with, perform, or abide by any of the agreeme~ts,
stipviatians, conditions and covenants as set forth above in sections l, 2, 3, 4 and 5, ernpowers the
MORTGAGEE herein, at his opt~on, to derJare the entire balance due hereunder to be due an< ~ayabfe
{ at once. failure of the MOR7GAGEE herein, to exercise this option at any time shall nof consfitute a
! waiver af the right to exercise this option at some Mater time.
I(7) In the event of foreclcsure of this mo~tgage deed, the MC~RT~'iAGOR wili 4~ held liable only to the ex-
