BEFORE ME the undersigned notary public, duly authorized to
adminiat~r oaths and take acknowledgments, peraonally apgeared ~tOBERT
S. WASHBURNs wha after being ~y me first duly sworn, deposes and says
that:
1) He is the duly elected secretary of General Developrnent In-
vestors Plans, Ir~. , a Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Plans,
Inc.
2) As secretary of Pians, Inc. he has custody and cnntral o~
its records.
3) There is attached hereto and identified as Exhibit "I'~ a
schedule nf real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, the fee ovvners of
which h~ve entered into an agreernent knnwn as "General Development Inves-
tors Plan.s"; said agre~xnent havirag be~en amended by consent of a majority
of said fee owners as more particularly set forth in said amended agreement
hearing effective date of July 1, 1965; ~opy thereaf k~eing attached hereto and
identified as Exhibit "II".
4) The amended agreement ~ttached hereto and identified as Ex-
hibit `1II" contained a scrivener's error in paragraph 30A thereof. The first
five words af the se~oad sentence (i.e., "the undersigned hereto agrees that"j
were inadvertently included ia the preparation of said paragraph 30A and
have been deleted and the correction appropriately initialed by t~ae undersign..
ed affiant.
