water, heat, light, paw~r and other utilitiee, tax$s, aad a~y axzd all
other disbursements or charg~a in connection witih the Plan Holder's
home sh~all be sent to the Plau ~iolder care of Plans, Inc. and Plana,
Inc~ ineofar ae ~unds are available to Plan Holder's csedit in the
Cuatodiaa Account ehall pay euch bille. All refund~ due and all other
moraiea recefved fox the account of the Plan Holder shall be paici into
the Gustadian Account. plans, Y~c. i~ authori.zed to open all mail
addressed to ttie Plan Aolder in connection wi+th the foregoing and ia
suthorized to endarse all checks and deposit the eame ia the Custodian
Account.
In the event Chat receipta ciuring ariy a~ccocxntiag period for a~rq
Plan Holder are less than the disburaementa for ~uch Plan Holder, Plaa~,
Inc. ahall bill Plan Halder axid Plaa Holder shall reffiit to Pla~na, Inc.
the amount of auch bill w1l:hin 10 days after the mailing thereof by
Pla~B, Inc. to Plan Rolder. Plang, Inc. shall have the zight to require
Plan Holder to make deposits iato the Custodiaa Account at any time and
a~ay deposie so required sha11 be made within 10 days after mailing of
nptic~ ~f such requirement by Plans, Inc. to Plan Rolder. In the event
that Plan Holder shall fail to make any payment required to be made by
1'lan Holder ~ithin the rime epecified therefor, interest shall accrue
on the unpaid amount at the higheeC legal rate of iatereat in the Seate
of Rlorida. The unpaid amaunt eha11 be a lien agaiaet the premises,
