'1'his is an absolute and indefeasible conveyance of the fee simple title to the
abave described real property, the cor~sideration ~eing the unpaid balance of
the mortgage debt to this date, ericumbering said property, the same being
$5, 467. 40, with interest at the rate of 6. 6% per annum from March 15, 1965,
which was secui•ed by mortgage deed from grant~rs to grantee, recorded in
~ Mortgage Book 162, at page 7 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
