consented to subardinate the afores~id contract to the lien af
the r~iortgage about to be taken and ~ccepted by said bank as above
set forth: .
NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of the agreement and in
consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration to
her in hand paid, the r~ceipt wh~reo~ is hereby acknowledged,
the undersigned HETTIE ANN STEAD hereby covenants, consents and
agrees to and with the FEDERAL LAND AANK OF COLUMBIA, its
successors and assigns, that as to her the contract dated June
27, 1947, and recorded in Deed Book 136, ~ages 342-347, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and as ta wha~ever rights,
interests or claims she may have thereunder, is and shall. be and
remain at all times subject and subordina~e in lien to the first
mortgage and lien on the real property hereinabove described
about to be made by EDWIN BZNNEY STEAD and JOHN ELVIN STEAD to
the FEDERAL LAND BA~1K OF COLUMBIA as afores aid, in the : ame manner
and effect as if the undersigned had joined a.n the execution and
delivery of said mortgage and note secured thereby.
